Integrating directly with the API is easy. We've outlined a brief overview of how to connect your system with ours. You can find more detailed information about each step on their respective pages.

Develop integration with the test bed environment

Prior to creating a production API key you'll need to have integrated with the API test bed, then once we've validated your integration, we'll send you an email invite to generate a production API key.

Once you've logged in and have registered for an API key, we'll email you the URL and credentials you'll need to access the Developer Test Bed. These credentials consist of your test bed API key, account number and password.

Validate your integration and create a production API key

To validate your integration and get production access, you will need to download the Technical Validation Form Technical Validation Form, where you will need to provide information related to your implementation. When you’re ready, submit a request through the Support request Form Documents can’t be attached to this form, so tick 'I want to provide an attachment to my request' and we’ll send you an email asking for your completed Technical Validation Form.

Once we've validated your integration, we'll provide you with your production API credentials.

Please note: If producing your own labels, you need to provide a sample printed label and PDF for testing to ensure it includes all the required information to travel through our network.

Testing in the production environment

Once you've accessed the production environment you'll be creating orders that will be submitted for payment. If you generate any test orders, please let us know immediately so that we can prevent them from getting charged.
